PARKING TICKET APPEALS COMMITTEE

Commissioner Richard McLeod heard the following parking ticket appeals on Thursday, March 12, 2009, and made the following recommendations:

R04075 Approve – See Business Owner’s Letter
R14180 Approve
R03899 Approve
R11082-3-4 Deny
R03917 Approve – Applicant was dropping off Very handicapped person.
R11368 Deny
R04106 Approve – Grievant was helping to load heavy object from Salvation Army into his van; Engine was running.
R03468 Approve – Grievant could not reach meter nor could the meter maid. Pictures proved the meter was almost snow covered.
R14014 Approve – Grievant had applied for Handicap Sticker. Will bring a copy to HQ.
